
“I don’t have time to workout”
This is the excuse I used to keep me from joining CFG for way too long. I don’t have time to work out I am in grad school. I don’t have time I have kids. I don’t have time I would rather hang out with my friends. I don’t have time I work long hours….YOU DO HAVE TIME! I finally quit using every excuse I could think of and joined CrossFit Gardendale. The greatest thing about CrossFit for the “busy person” is the 45min-1hr time frame. Believe me 45 minutes is definitely long enough to get an intense work out! There are 8 different class times to choose from every day. 8 chances to get stronger. 8 chances to encourage and be encouraged. 8 chances to change your life.
Make no excuses! Make time to be active. Make time to do something for yourself, make time to get stronger….you won’t regret it!
