
CrossFit is just not for me.
I hated “gyms”, I hated working out in a group environment, I hated work-out class atmospheres, I hated weight-lifting, I am not competitive, I didn’t have it in me to do those moves.
WELL…
I love my box, I love my new friends I see each day. I love the atmosphere at the box before, during and after a WOD. I love getting stronger by lifting weights and doing other CrossFit moves. I don’t mind competing against myself and I love the encouragement from my coaches and friends. I never knew I had it in me to do this type of fitness regimen BUT I DO!!!!
I am friendlier. I am determined. I am CFG.
