CrossFit will make me “too bulky”.
When I started my CrossFit journey, almost two years ago, I started hearing the myth “CrossFit will make you too bulky”. I realized pretty quickly that this isn’t a myth….it is more like an excuse and couldn’t be farther from the truth. Before biting the bullet and beginning On-Ramp I had used every excuse in the book. Now, almost two years later, I am in the best shape of my life, and I have muscle definition that I never dreamed was possible. My body is far from bulky….but it IS strong and healthy!!!!
