This is one I thought Jason would NEVER eat because he hates cabbage but it has become one of his top meals. I love to make it because it is quick and simple. I will note that I have yet to have my 4 year old eat this meal, but the 14 and 7 year old also love it.

Ingredients
- 1 med. head cabbage
- 1 pound of lean ground chuck
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and cut up cabbage
- Steam cabbage until it is soft; drain well
- Brown ground beef add salt and pepper; drain off any fat
- Combine the steam cabbage in with the ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Franks hot sauce…optional condiment ( you can add hot sauce on top of the ground beef and cabbage to add some spice) We love hot sauce on ours but it is not for everyone.
