- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of frozen fruit
- 1 Cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Tablespoons of Rice Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons of ground Flax Seed
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seed Mix
*Spinach can also be added to this recipe.
