If you’ve been with us for a while, you know CrossFit is where it all started. From 5:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., we have classes to fit in with your busy schedule. CrossFit is a high-intensity functional movement workout that is scalable to individuals of all ages, experiences, and fitness levels. To get started with CrossFit, we offer a Beginners On-Ramp program that helps you learn all of the exercises safely before you jump into our regular WODs.
Fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. FitCamp is a great way to break out of the boundaries of traditional fitness, try something new and challenge your body in unique ways. Like CrossFit, FitCamp is great for all skill levels, but takes a different approach to movement. Here, you will be doing high-intensity intervals involving running, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more. Never be bored during a workout again!
