I have been married for almost seven years and have two kids. I have a 4 year old little girl and a boy who is 6 months old. I'm a firefighter for the City of Birmingham and I own a small lawn care business. I STARTED lifting weights in my early teens and immediately became border line obsessed with being in a weight room. As I got older, between work and spending time with my family and kids I just couldn't quite find the time to be consistent with it and became bored and lacked the motivation to workout.

I am married to my beautiful wife Brooke for 11 years and we have 2 little boys that are 8 & 5. I attend Gloryland Baptist church and am very active in my church. I am a construction project manager for H&M Mechanical in Birmingham, AL. One of my favorite things to do is hanging out with my family and friends.
Originally from the Gulf Coast, have lived in Gardendale since 2007. I am a Registered Nurse but have been a stay at home mom for over 7 years now. Most of our family is 4+ hours away, so making time to work out without a babysitter just wasn't a priority for me. Also, being a stay at home mom allows you to pick at junk food ALL DAY!! After having our daughter, my thyroid decided to die on me. So on top of my already unhealthy lifestyle, having thyroid issues allowed me to really pack on the pounds. A LOT OF POUNDS, and my body was telling me something needed to change.
Numbers. I'm a tad OCD, so a lot of my life is defined by numbers. 14- the number of years I've been married. 11- the number of years I've been a mom. 0- the number of pictures I've been in since Catey was 1 (until recently). 3- the number of orthopedic surgeries I've had.
